How long does approval take?

We aim to review and respond to all trade applications within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). You'll receive an email once your account is approved.

What discounts do trade members receive?

Trade Essentials starts at 15% off retail. Trade Plus is 20% off. Project Pricing is negotiated individually and can exceed 25% for large-volume orders.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order. Trade pricing and dedicated support apply from the first product. Project Pricing tiers become available from approximately £5,000 per project.

How do I request a project quote?

Once approved, use the Quote Request tool in your Trade Portal. Upload a bathroom schedule or describe the project and we'll respond within 1 business day with tailored pricing.

Can I request finish samples?

Yes. Approved trade members can request finish chip samples and loan kits through the Trade Portal. Finish matching support is available across all collections.

What is the returns policy for trade buyers?

Approved trade accounts benefit from an extended 60-day return window on most products. Returns are handled by a dedicated trade support team.

How does delivery work for multi-site projects?

Trade accounts support multiple delivery addresses. Consolidated delivery scheduling and partial shipments are available on request for large projects.

Can I share quotes with my clients?

Yes. From your Trade Portal you can download branded PDF quotes and share them directly with clients or project teams for approval.

What technical support is available?

Every product page includes specification sheets, installation manuals and relevant certifications. Our technical team is available by phone for specifiers and installers during business hours.
