2. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£). Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed order prices will be honoured.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses and selected remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details on delivery options, costs, and timescales.
5. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and are stated on individual product pages. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cistern Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
