If you would like to return a product that does not require warranty support, most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted or items shipped after this window may not be eligible for return.

Eligibility

• Products must be returned in their original condition.
• Original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Return instructions from Cistern must be followed.
• Installed, used or damaged items may not be accepted unless faulty.
